• We at Pheeta, cross check all our dispatch before handing over to the shipping partner. It is our foremost aim to dispatch you the same product which you have ordered with us. Still in the rarest case, if at all you receive a wrong product, you can inform us at our Email ID – info@pheeta.in within 24 hours after delivery. Our team would get back to you within 48 hours after you send a message informing us about the exchange. There is no return at all.
  • Exchange will only be done for sizing issues or wrong product or defective items.
  • Exchange will be done only once for a piece.
  • Two attempts will be made for item pick up. If the second attempt fails, the pickup request will be deemed as unsuccessful. Please make sure that when the product is being exchanged:
  • All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.
  • In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.

IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

  1. Contact us via mail at info@pheeta.in or call on +91-9116767487 within 24-48 hours of order delivery. 

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and inform you about the exchange terms and criteria.

  3. An amount of 250 INR will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail thread with us.

  4. If you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number along with the courier company name and POD. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because Saras shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.

  5. After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.

  6. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.

  7. Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be accepted.

  8. There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, we make sure that our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.
