We at Pheeta, cross check all our dispatch before handing over to the shipping partner. It is our foremost aim to dispatch you the same product which you have ordered with us. Still in the rarest case, if at all you receive a wrong product, you can inform us at our Email ID – email@example.com 24 hours after delivery. Our team would get back to you within 48 hours after you send a message informing us about the exchange. There is no return at all.
Exchange will only be done for sizing issues or wrong product or defective items.
Exchange will be done only once for a piece.
Two attempts will be made for item pick up. If the second attempt fails, the pickup request will be deemed as unsuccessful. Please make sure that when the product is being exchanged:
All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.
In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
